SECTION 1: ACCEPTANCE

By accessing and using the Caesars Windsor online services, including but not limited to its website, mobile application, or any other digital platform (collectively referred to as "the Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, please discontinue your use of the Services.

SECTION 2: DEFINITIONS

The following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Guest" means any individual who enters or accesses the Caesars Windsor premises, including its casino floor, hotel accommodations, restaurants, entertainment venues, and other facilities.
• "Services" includes but is not limited to online gaming, table games, slot machines, poker room access, sportsbook services, dining reservations, hotel bookings, event tickets, and all associated features and amenities provided by Caesars Windsor.
• "Caesars Windsor" refers to the loyalty program offered by Caesars Entertainment across its North American properties.

SECTION 3: ACCESSIBILITY AND USE OF SERVICES

Caesars Windsor reserves the right to grant or deny access to any Guest seeking to use its Services, including online gaming and table games. Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in any form of gaming activity. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in termination of your membership, loss of benefits, and/or denial of future services.

SECTION 4: ONLINE GAMING AND TABLE GAMES

Online gaming and table games shall operate under the following conditions:

• You acknowledge that online gaming is conducted through a secure, encrypted connection.
• Caesars Windsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to online gaming at any time without prior notice for any reason including but not limited to technical issues, game irregularities, or suspected cheating.
• Table games shall operate according to established rules and procedures.

SECTION 5: RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Caesars Windsor encourages responsible gaming practices. You acknowledge that problem gambling can result in significant personal and financial consequences.

• Caesars Windsor reserves the right to limit your access to certain gaming activities based on your betting history, account balance, or other factors.
• Guests may set deposit limits, time-out periods, or self-exclude from participating in gaming activities entirely through designated channels.

SECTION 6: SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

Caesars Windsor is committed to maintaining a secure and fair gaming environment:

• Caesars Windsor uses advanced security measures including encryption technologies (SSL) to protect your personal information.
• Random Number Generators (RNGs) are regularly audited for fairness by independent third-party testing organizations such as iTech Labs.

SECTION 7: CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA

Caesars Windsor collects and stores your personal data solely in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may share your information with our affiliates for marketing purposes or to comply with regulatory requirements.

• Guests agree not to disclose or publish confidential information regarding Caesars Windsor's business operations, employees, or systems.
• You understand that all communications exchanged through Caesars Windsor are subject to eavesdropping and interception by third parties.

SECTION 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Caesars Windsor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, financial losses, or other consequential losses related to gaming activities.

• Caesars Windsor shall exercise reasonable care in maintaining secure connections and systems; however, we are not responsible for unforeseen errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations.
• You acknowledge that all Services provided by Caesars Windsor may be subject to technical issues, interruptions, or outages due to reasons beyond our control.

SECTION 9: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under Canadian law.

• You agree that your participation in any form of gaming activity or use of Caesars Windsor's Services constitutes consent to exclusive jurisdiction by courts sitting within Ontario.
• These Terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice; please review the most current version before using our Services.

SECTION 10: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Caesars Windsor with respect to use of its online services, supersedes all prior agreements or understandings (oral or written), and shall be binding upon both parties hereto as well as their respective heirs, successors, assigns, and transferees.

By using our Services, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with the terms set forth in this document, please discontinue use of Caesars Windsor's online services.
